USPS Flat Rate mail is almost always two days but can take up to three. With the holiday weekend, I can see them being delayed in shipment, but if they do not show up by tomorrow, then they were not shipped out.

Another solution is to simply take photos of the finished grooves with the persons information on paper and log the photos.

Paper and pencil is always good. Jot down all the paid buyers emails, names, addresses, and what they ordered (also could cross reference the spreadsheet) make a check box if their barrel has been completed. Finally after shipping cross through their name with a colored marker signifying that...
