its a 20mw laser... and if you pot mod the laser it will drastically redice the life of the laser

no it will not you need a laser thats 50+ mw to pop a balloon at that level or even 30 mw lasers can not pop/ melt anything even if its right up against the object. Edit: if you need any more info feel free to email me of pm me
