    FS: PHR-803T Blu-Ray Complete Build - MXDL 3405 Host/Heatsink with Batteries/Charger

PHR-803T Blu-Ray Complete Build - MXDL 3405 Host/Heatsink with Batterys/Charger Up for sale is a PHR-803T Blu-Ray complete build using Mohrenberg's module (Aixiz/Rckstr), and JayRob's 3405 host/heatsink (V1) combo. I'm not sure what version the Rckstr driver is, but it has a pot on it. The...

That's too bad, I was saving up for the GGW! Thanks anyways for making these, I got in on it just in time I guess.

That makes sense, now I just hve to find a way to quick swap modules out of your host since everything I have will work off 3 x 10440's.

Does the same apply for the LOC LPC red diode with a rckstr drive?

    looking for a 635nm red

+1 for the Atlasnova 635nm. I own one and while it's not the brightest ever, it is a unique color, orange-ish red, like daguin said.. It's a really good build quality. The beam is not visible without smoke. For $24 you really can't go wrong, and Arnold over there is a really nice guy, easy...

I'm pretty new at all of this... I was reading somewhere that it wasnt the best power source to get the most out of your laser. However, I can't find where I read that now so, maybe 9V is the way to go. Maybe somebody that knows more can shed some light on this? EDIT: Here is the post by...

Yeah, I remember seeing a kipkay video about it quite a while ago, but I was finishing up college and I thought to myself... as soon as I have some time and money (after college, of course), I'm going to build one of those. And here I am.

Yeah waiting is by far the most irritating thing about this hobby. Oh, and it also sucks up cash pretty quick!

    I'm pretty sure a 9V won't hold well under a load, especially using a 405nm like the PHR-803T. I could be wrong...

Thanks for the video outlawz, doesn't get much easier than that. Now I just need jayrob to get back to me and I'll be in business.

Yeah, in fact I just pm'd him, and I was just looking at 10440's! So you like the 3405 host? Is there a good place to solder the negative to the case?

    The LEDShoppe Thread

I received my Ledshoppe 50 in a record 8 days (to the US) after paying for it. Came well bubble wrapped with no box and two cheap batteries as expected. It performs perfectly, beam is visible even in a well lit room, and the beam is not crooked either. For $24.99, it's probably one of the...

Got my PHR-803t module today. I don't have any way to try it out yet, it doesn't do too well on 6V. But I will post up when I get it working. Thanks again!
