okie dokie can i test the battery with my fluke meter

alrighty got it apart finally anyone know what the heck im looking at crystal looks fine

and i have IR light preset so whatg does that mean?

on one terminal i get some response from the diode housing a dim green light on the other terminal i get proper switch functions puzzled?

ive been so busy but thanks for replying so fast today i took a look and it appears a wire to the small power button is not attached gonna try and solder it i hate these small wire 4 wire on a switch the size of a pencil eraser! jeez

i have a fluke meter i am just unsure of the anatomy of the a laser so when you say to measure somthing can you be specific or dumb it down for me

ok now what should i inspect
