I would not be able to answer such a question but I if it would not damage the driver/the diode it would probably not give a better output anyway.

The red lasers use 3 AAA 1.5 V batteries each. Yes I can ship to canada, one laser would cost 7 USD to ship.

It cost me about 120 USD to build one of these. So I could sell them for 120 USD plus shipping but I cannot go lower than that. Btw, I might have buyers here in Sweden now that are willing to pay 150 USD so I might be saved :)

So, is 170 USD too much? All I can say is that both these lasers are awesome! I forgot to say that dust caps are included. Both are powered by 3 normal AAA batteries...
