Its just like building other lasers, but with different drivers. Just go to the blu ray forum, theres tons of pages. Lots of reading. Lots.

the xbox 360 hd-dvd drive diodes ARE the blueray diodes. sooooo... you contradict yourself... The phr-803t diode is the one i will be using.
