Wow, if the battery life is that short then I guess standard batteries are going to cost a fortune. I am guessing that runtime is less than 1 hour. Don't they sell rechargeable cr123 that operate at 3.0v instead of the 3.7v ones. That should probably work.
By the way, I forgot to comment on the...
Hey Rog,
Do you think you could give an estimate on battery life. Maybe specify the ammount of time it is yellow vs orange. I think the majority of the time it would be orange according to the way battery voltage drops.
Oh, and you are sure we need a lathe?
Thanks
Not necessarily. Shure it is some nasty stuff at high concentrations but I saw a documentary about caves and there is an eco system that thrives in high levels of sulphuric acid. As for the mercury, well if you eat either a lot of fish all the time (or fish that have lived a long time) you may...
the part that is not making good contact is the flaps on the sides of the clicky switch. It seems like after a while they bend a little.
Yeah, I went back to look at the tutorial before assembly so everything is in right. I just don't know how I will take the snapring out in order to bend the...
Damn it!
Ok I got the snapring in the tailcap and just figured out that the clicky switch is not making good contact. I do not know what to do. Oh and is that extra spacer that we need for the area between the snap ring and the clicky switch?
P.S. I blew the phazor diode. don't know how or...
So I have been around and I am getting tired of the quality of the acrylic lenses. The plastic threads are getting all screwed up. So where can I buy axiz housing that has glass optics, and the focus adjuster ring?
Thanks a lot!
Re: FS 5 blue-ray pen style lasers (make that 4)
could these work? They are the AA version not the AAA.

Darn, Rog8811 you are a lucky one. The sellers for this flashlight only ship to the UK.
I guess there is no way for me to get one of these. :'(
Why do the seller's state that it takes AA's rather than AAA's? If it really takes 3 AA's then there is something close to it offered in the US but it...
Speed is not why we buy from DX we buy from them because of the price and the fact that we will get our product. But if you are looking for speed I think they have an express option that you will need to pay for.
