I originally thought that the charger is charging two batteries ,when charging ,the indicator is green light so I thought the battery is full, but I later found out it can only charge one battery. After fully charged the batteries, the laser is work fine.I'm sorry wronged Lazerer.

Re: Never buy laser from Lazerer!!!

1W, 1 hour, howe mutch mA do you have in the batteries ? If they are 1000mA then
you only get 1 hour, whas the batteries fully charged ?
Have you tryed new one's ?

Noticed now that you used fylly charged batteries.

Re: Never buy laser from Lazerer!!!

Then my suggestion is to contact the seller of the item and not like this directly yell out "Never buy..."
Everyone can make misstakes and every equipment may have faulty components,
that's just the way it is!

Still it totally looks like bad battery .. could also be bad contact .. if the laser is from more parts which are screwed together, try to loosen and tighten it again. One of my laser behaved like this and all it needed was a bit of tightening.

That's a self-incriminating statement.
The duty cycle is 60 seconds on, 60 seconds off and Max does state 'Please strictly follow the duty cycle to prevent the laser from damaging'. Why are running it for 2 minutes?

Re: Never buy laser from Lazerer!!!

Hmm waiting to see what is causing it, tap it? does it work, if it gets brighter or dimmer cuts out and comes back on or any intermittent problems. I got 10$ that say its a switch issue. check it by shorting battery to case with wire or foil with the tail cap off. I have had sooooo much grief over them in the past......

Diode's dead imho. I bought a A140 that does the same thing and I've allready ruled out driver and batteries....

Re: Never buy laser from Lazerer!!!

hmm I have a few a140s in hosts about the same size and running 1.6W or peak anyway, untill the batteries drain with no hurt to the diode, ppl say they get hot but imho its the driver that gets hot, and the clicky is not helping. I find !140s pretty hardcore.

Dead diode does not show like this. It's dim from the start. Overheating driver usually flashes .. the intensity rises again after while, as the driver cools down.

Re: Never buy laser from Lazerer!!!

Hi Yen,

From the last video I can say 100% your battery is over discharged. Stop using those battery and take the following step before too late.

1. Make sure you charge your battery one by one, not both at same time.
2. Put either battery into the charger. If red light on the charger show up. That mean your battery is still working. In this case wait until the charger turn red and charge another battery
3. If only green light show on the charger that mean the voltage of your battery is already too low to be detected by the charger.... Then it is the time for you to buy a new batteries pack...

PS: A dead 445nm will not appear bright and than dim. Your laser is still fine. The same message is already replied to your email in chinese version. Have a nice day.

Then explain to me why I and lazeerer have been scratching our head over this problem I had for quite a while... and after putting my battery + driver setup to the test load and delivering a consistant 1.22A, my diode does EXACTLY what his does...

When I say my diode does the same thing, it DOES THE SAME THING. I'm not retarded.

Sorry for the noise, ppl playing xbox in background

edit : I'll figure out the YT tags later, www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YkWXNm7v5I

Dead diodes don't all behave the same, evidently.
