I have ordered from Kendal quite a number of times and in all cases, he came through. There were NO problems AT ALL.
Yes, I too experienced some slowness in terms of delivery, but that's life when shipping things internationally.
Something is missing in this story. I clearly remember an expedited shipping option (Airmail).
The tracking number supplied looks like the one I got for mine. LC293777492US is traceable. The trace usually doesn't show until it's scanned a second time.
