Customs question?

Hey guys,

I've searched and it's impossible for me to find what mW for lasers is allowed in Belgium!

So I'm wondering.. what happens if
I buy a 5 or 10 mW green laser when (supposedly) the limit of my country is 1 mW -- and the customs check it?

Will I have to pay a fee?
Will I still get it or will it be shipped back to the seller?
Will there be any penalty?

Thanks! :).

My experience with customs was rather positive.
It seemed that all they cared about was the 48€ they wanted for my package with an +1W laser included.
The Laser was from SurvivalLaser and not assembled!
The problem is that you have to open the package under supervision!
As i had done so i saw that there was alot of paperwork from "SurvivalLaser" in there...man i sweated sooo much :D
But all went fine..i payed the money and got home with my laser-kit ;)

If you'll get mail from customs you can either go there and open the package and pay toll or you wait 2 weeks and the package goes back to the sender or you refuse acceptance and the package goes back.
If you go there and they see an laserPOINTER with more power than allowed they will seize it and it will be destructed.
If you have the same "laws" in belgium as we have in germany then afaik <5mW is the maximum...
