Default Attaching leads from driver to host

I just got the Aurora C6 host for a laser I'm building, but I can't figure out where to attach the positive and negative leads to it.
The part where the two wires go into the battery compartment is one solid piece of metal, so maybe I have to run a wire down to the spring?

I made a tutorial about this, http://laserpointerforums.com/f51/ho...ost-70623.html.
That is one way to do it.

Thanks. That's just what I was looking for.

How was the original flashlight bulb wired?

Ok. I just somehow destroyed the diode that was supposed to go into it, so I'll have to either get another one or an LED.
