Thanks you a lot for help, I know how to use lasers and I would never burn eyes.

What is maximum current for that diode? I have to change resistor into smaller in my driver, but there is no working current written, so I can't count which to choose.

It is hard to say exactly! It depends which diode we are dealing with. All that is shows is that it is a Mitsubishi diode. The eBay item claims it to 660nm. Judging from the price I suspect it to be an LPC-826 LOC (Long Open Can). It could be the LPC-815 as well, you just cant tell from the sellers description!

You have to email the seller and ask which exact diode it is he is selling!

If it is an LPC-815 I would run it at 350mA (safe current for long life).

The LPC-826 you can run safely at 500mA.

BUT!!! You have to contact the seller to be sure.

I think it's not LPC-815, because he sells sleds, and their LD power 200-250mW. I emailed seller, he is very friendly :)
