Very basic question. So i bought a 5mw Aixiz laser module 5mw red and a voltage regulator LM317 prototype board.
Do i need a resistor in series with the module to limit the current or is there something in the module already?
I am planning on building a tunnel and liquid sky effect.
Hoping to use a cd player motor so if anyone knows of a place i can obtain a controller for one that has 3 power outputs and inputs for 3 hall effects sensors that would be greatly appreciated. Just got a 680 watt smoke machine so I think i will be ready to rave.lol
