Ive never seen a module like that before. I dont even know if you can buy modules for that device. What are you looking to spend on repairs? Perhaps one of our members can help repair it for you?

Can you perhaps take soms photos of the business end of the laser where the plastic piece is?

You're not going to find a module like that, but if you can press the diode out and figure out what it is, you can get a new one and press it back in. How are you sure it's the diode? There are a lot of other pieces in there that can go wrong.
