Sci-fi lasers RESOLVED & REFUNDED

Hi to everyone,
I would like to inform everybody my experience with Sci-fi lasers.
3 weeks ago I was browsing Sci-fi lasers site and I put a green arcane 520nm 300mw laser in my shopping cart because I would like to see how much shipping costs to Greece. Left it there and didn't buy.
Some hours later a mail came to me from Eitan making me a great discount for my shopping cart item. I was happy about it and sent PayPal payment.
It was Monday and Eitan informed me he will ship for me by weekend.
I asked some questions and all my answers were replied very fast.
I decided to order a 445nm 3w arcane laser if he could build it fast enough and combine shipping with the green one. He agreed and he also made me a good discount again.

No lasers were made by weekend but that was our deal though so I asked for an order cancelation if he hadn't started my lasers already and a PayPal refund. He told me they were ready and he would ship them soon. Time was pushing me due to my brothers birthday so I asked Eitan to ship using EMS if able. He offered to split EMS charge and so I sent him another 25$. After 1 or 2 days he finally shipped by EMS.

Today guys I received only the green laser that seems it has a faulty power button.
Batteries were put correctly following his advice were negative goes to the tail cap.

I don't know what to do....

I just woke up.

I saw the email. Emailed you back so we can solve it.

Second laser is on rhe way. You asked for them to be seperated for customs.

Also warranty is available for 6 months. So you will get a new unit.

You could wait till I responded to your email. We would solve it.

Update : new unit is being sent to him. Instead of the defective one.

I emailed him now again.

What ever he decides is going to happen.

I can send him a new unit. Or a refund.

If he would have waited just a bit more we would solve it privately.

But it does not matter anyway. Waiting for his reply.
