Hey man I'm not sure if I have enough posts yet to be asking to buy from members direct from the forum(having trouble remembering) but do you do ebay or anything? Trying to get some cheap high efficiency >2W LDs(non IR)
((p.s. just trying to get sources together as many of my inventions use LDs so I'm kinda in the sourcing phase right now.))

The Strikers are a great build. You might be interested in grabbing Sanwu’s Beam Expander also, the 7 watt diodes have bad divergence the BE’s tightens them up a bunch. Would be interesting to hear about how the other shooters liked your laser(s) at the range. Be safe and enjoy your new toys. Glad you got some SL glasses coming, those are top notch. Be safe on your sail boat and when you can grab some beamshots out on the ocean, those got to be a sight to see. Best wishes.

If you do go to a shooting range to test your lasers you will want written permission from the range owner and to be the only one there so that any accidents don't involve other people. If you are able to go out into a large wooded area with someone else to test the divergence of your lasers, this would probably be a better option for you.
