Default Camera precaution?

Hello, Guys! Newbie here. This might be a silly question, but I don't know the answer. I am about to make my first order, probably from Laserglow. I'm obviously very excited! But before I go crazy taking photos, is there any precautions I need to take with the camera? The last thing I need to do, is explain to my wife how I ruined her camera photographing lasers that she doesn't realize how much money I've spent on)Thanks!

Avoid direct or reflected exposure and you should be fine.

Specifically, be sure the laser is never pointed into the camera.
