I do it this scheme from a driver, i seen in the web the D882 sot69 have Ic 3A that suppose can do deliver max 3A to drive a LD if yes what can i do to have close 3A?

I am confused by your question. I do know this. This is the schematic that we typically use to drive a LD.

it's a driver from a <20mw same like dealextreme DealExtreme: $21.54 20mW Green Laser Pointer Pen (2xAAA) soon i post photo of this driver

i make this scheme from see pictures on the picture CS04 you can see the big blue resistor 1W and behind this one the D882 sot69 you can't see it, on the left big resistor the LM358.
