I've received an email telling me that the order has been shipped, however, no tracking number on it. On the account page, the order status is "stock checking". Very odd at all.

I got the email that it had shipped, and I think the tracking number was in it, there was a long number inside some {} so I took that to be my tracking number.

ever since i pm'd dinodirect my e-mail, i have been getting tons of spam e-mail. does anyone have this same problem? a note to all the users: do not send them your e-mail.

I've neither received anything strange. My spam filter is crowded with shit, just as usual, so all in all if they sent me a bit of spam I wouldn't have noticed anyway xD

im getting a shitload! they all seem to have an '@aol.com' connection. this is the first time i have ever got spam, and it all happened after i pm'd them my email. this is the last time im doing something like this ever again. if anyone is having the same problem, please speak up

We've never sent spam to our customers. Our official email address always contains "@dinodirect.com".
