Bad experience with focalprice

Hi Guys,

I don't know what experience you have with focalprice, but I had no success with them at all.
I ordered a mini S107 RC helicopter for my son. When it arrived I noticed that the transmitter doesn't work. They asked me to take pictures of the defected merchandise and of the box it was delivered in.

I thought there is no reason for taking any picture since nothing can be seen on a transmitter that doesn't work, but since they refused to take any further steps I just sent them a picture. About a moth after I got a new thransmitter and I was really happy to see it works.
The only problem was that the heli did not lift up from the ground simply the rotor was to week! (I charged it well)
My son waited for like nearly 2 months and it was not fun to see him sad. When I let them know what the situation is they offered me a $10 cupon.
Hmm I just did not take it, it won't make the heli fly...and I don't want another piece of junk

Thir style was actually nice (except for requesting a picture that would not help in anyway) and they also responded quickly, however the product is a piece of junk and doesn't worth a penny.

May be it's just me being unlucky, but I think I'll be staying back from cheap chinese products and this company.

Open the front of it and fix the akku in the middle with a strip of tape. My S107 had the same problem.

Well, I'm not sure just yet about this company as far as receiving my product yet, but I don't think I can subject myself to the insane tracking system they use. After emailing them, they say it takes 5 to 7 days to get into their system. Well, I paid the extra money to have it shipped EMS, whatever the H that is. It's been 8 biz days and still their tracking site says 信息提示:No information for this tracking. It was supposed to be DELIVERED in 5 to 7 business days from the mailing date of Dec 10. well, do the math, I'm still trying to TRACK the thing 8 days later. I guess it will be delivered before the tracking can start! What a crappy system. Needless to say, I won't do it again. DealExtreme is a much better site. I bought lots of stuff from them.
