Hey,

I have this one for sale:

http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/fs...5-a-67145.html

Will light a match easily when it's focuse/burn through plastic/pop balloons.

It is a high power laser, so you do need goggles for burning with it.

If you are getting a laser that can burn a match, you will need goggles. Good goggles are around 40$-150$ so I think you wont be able to make your 60$ budget
