Re: MARIANO's LASER SHOP

Thanks a lot and sorry for use your pic

I don't remember being asked if my survival host photo could be used.
How rude :tsk:

edit: Just seen your 'note'. ARGLaser is right, that's not how it works. Be polite and ask people before you go using (stealing?) their pictures - cheeky sod.

ps, Yes you can use it.

Re: MARIANO's LASER SHOP

This lookes like a repeat of the ryanelectro pro shop :p only it lookes like this is done better :p if the 15% labour is true.. I dont like all the flashy adds.

Oh shush!

I can assure you there will no longer be "pro shops" or "flashy ads" coming from me.

At least, my thread is ultra-organized, looks "professional", have lots of pictures and is entertaining to read through... & I showcase my builds and have pics of the internals

Just saying..

But anyway, I like that Mariano offers customized options, it's those that make a build shop unique from pre-builds.

Good luck with business :)

Re: MARIANO's LASER SHOP

i will use only quality products for orders, from cajunlasers, DTR and jayrob.

i have electronic knowledge and i know how to weld well, i asure it will be quality builds

At least he didn´t say that it is a pro shop :)

If his builts are good quality, +15% labor cost next to the parts is a good start.

I think you should dump the shop idea.

I'd start with single builds sold on the BST section, not pre-ordered customs. This will give people more time to know you, and your work. Every successful seller here started this way. This will also give you more experience on how things work on the forum. You've only been here 2 months. You need to build up a reputation, and they only way to do that is time, and putting your work up for review. When someone orders a custom no one but the seller and buyer sees it. If you place one in the BST section we can all see your skills.

Well its not really a shop, its a service.

Hey good luck. After all, you're a n00b from Mexico competing with some of the top builders of the forum. How can that fail? LOL

Peace man.

I think it would be a good idea to do a Tutorial of one of
your builds with clear close up pics of your assembly and
soldering skills.

As it is we have no idea if you are a seasoned professional
or a guy that learned to solder yesterday...

If you want to be a continual seller (with a SHOP) on this
forum you had better show your expertise before opening
a "LASER SHOP".

You have only been a member on LPF since Mar 28 2011...
No-one really knows you or your abilities.... (yet)

The problem is no one knows your skill level. You could be gluing lasers together, and no one would know. It has happened in the past. We would like to see your skills, and how the inside of the laser look so we can see if you are doing a good job.

This is why I said you have to learn how the forum works. If you want to have a business here you have to do it our way. We are here to protect the buyers. If you are selling low quality builds then we will make sure you do not sell anymore in the future. But if you do really good builds, we will try to help with your sales.
