I bought this for £40 a few months back when I was upgrading my laptop and it never arrived so I got a refund and bought another. A month later the hard drive actually turned up! So I now have a spare, un opened, hard drive that I was allowed to keep.

It is brand new and still in the packaging it was delivered in. Im looking for £35 posted.

I also have a few other bits and bobs I have collected over the years that I need to get rid of. I am open to best offers on these...

Laptop Components:
40GB PATA Laptop Hard Drive (Used) £20
PC2-4200S 512MB Laptop RAM £3
PC2-3200S 256MB Laptop RAM £3
PC-2700S DDR 256MB Laptop RAM £3
Intel Celeron 370M Laptop Processor £5

Samsung S750 Camera £20
There is a slight purplish blob of about 3 pixels where the CCD was slightly damaged which can be repaired by Samsung. The camera otherwise works perfectly. Comes with all manuals, box, camera case, warranty card.

You didn't mention that it came with it's USB...does it? And I'm assuming the mem card too (the camera)? I'm interested, and if I can setup a paypal without needing bank info (I use a Prepaid VISA) then I will DEFINATELY buy that cam, I lost the USB for mine, so I needz that one haha.

Yes, the USB lead is included. The camera did not come with a SD card, but it does have 16MB of built in memory. If you like I can chuck in a 256MB SD card for free.

Protip: Google "20 GBP in USD" and it does the work for you - same thing with equations, units, and some other stuff. It can even tell you how long "once in a blue moon" is :)

Am I right in thinking PATA is the old-style, about 44 pin connector on the back of the drives? If so I'd be interested, I have a couple of relatively old driveless laptops.
EDIT: Googled it, looks like it is right. I'll PM you soon about the drive, but it'll probably be after the mini GB I'm running.

Yes, you are right, PATA is the old style... Otherwise known as Paralell ATA I belive.

Are you still interested in the hard drive? If so which one are you interested in? I have an unused 160GB and a 40GB.

I'd be in for the larger of the 2 (160gb) but I might not have enough money around to order until after my GB is over - so I'd prefer to order that first, then try and pay as soon as possible after.

No problem, just let me know when you are ready :).

The whole amount for the GB came from my bank without touching my PP balance, so I'm ready whenever. Can you PM your PP details so I can pay ASAP?

Thanks
