Hello all,

Today I realized that my laser is powerless!! See when I set the focus off....

The lens is CLEAN, I think the diode is with problems.

What will I do ? My Laser have 5 days ....

Sorry, This is focusable o-like 405nm 400mW. Today, when I turn on my laser I feel powerless and no focus, I can't focus my laser. then I rotated the focus ring until the limit and see that in attach.

I remove the lens and the pure light is a lot of stripes.. particles.

Any heatsink paste around that area, had the lens off when it was dusty, burning stuff too close to the laser, etc.
Might also be a defective diode window. Might need to be de-canned

There is a very very very small "dot" on the diode window. What did it ?

The dot is on the diode, not in the lens. If I burned a match too close, the lens would be cock up.. not the diode window.
anyway, I dont light match too close. I like to use for pointing. ;)

You would be surprised how many people don't know the difference... I'm sure Susie (O-like) will exchange.

Is the lens on your laser made of plastic? Maybe it melted and coated the window of your diode.

If it's only 5 days old, and you didn't do anything to break it, contact o-like. They have warranties.
