Hey yeah, thanks guys... Didnt mean for the typo haha. I was saying that JL wasn't known by the market as well as WL. Not taking away from JL or the quality, I just don't know for certain. Well not yet...
Another awesome fact is that WL DOESNT MAKE A 3W LASER! It's either a fake or a typo
Check out Jetlasers, I'm looking to buy from them soon and they are highly reliable and trustworthy!
They run on many types of batts, when you buy one it comes with an extension if you want to use larger batteries like 18650's ( I am ). They list on their site the kinds you can use "The PL-E Pro series 445nm Blue laser takes 2X16340 or RCR123A(3.6V) by default. With extension, it can also run...
Jetlasers makes many high power handhelds for very affordable prices under $300 anywhere from a 1-2W 445nm, the biggest lasers in your price range. They also make nearly every color you'd want. 2W 445nm is easily visible even during the day, I can see my 1.7W Arctic. Plus there are MANY MANY...
I obviously have a WL as stated by my signature, and I'll be the first to tell you it is a great laser no doubt! Only problem is it is clearly outmatched by Jetlasers. In fact I'm thinking about selling my Arctic to buy a 4.5W FOCUSABLE 445nm from JL. For about the same price as a 2W WL. Please...
What I meant was that everything on the WL is working, I have every bit of certainty that the JL are much better, I certainly am not discrediting JL because their host are beautiful (I like the silver) and well machined. I was just stating that WL has a really well established build quality, and...
Re: I need to Advice About 2W 445 nm Laser Accessories
Well it depends on what you're looking for? I use 18650's, and bought some Tenergy 2600 mAh. Last about 1.5-2 hrs in my WL Arctic. But any reliable source like Panasonic or Sony is a good choice. Stay away from Ultrafire and other cheap...
You can use Mg to ignite thermite, which is aluminum and iron oxide. It is a self feeding reaction that creates pure iron at extremely high temperatures, enough to melt through concrete, or an engine block of a car lol but I guess Mg is hot enough anyways... just not liquid ;)
Re: PL-E Pro 4W 445nm evolving review
Still new to BE's, I know the math and reason for having one, but can you focus the beam into a dot at long range? I'm looking to buy a BE along with a 4.5W focusable from Jetlasers, just curious about the functionality!
Re: I need to Advice About 2W 445 nm Laser Accessories
I bought a Nitecore Intellicharger i4. Charges 4 batts of nearly any type, is a smart charger that doesn't overcharge and indicates charge levels. Simple and cheap, does everything I need.
And Eagle Pair is probably the best safety...
Lol of the Arctic or of the PL-E Pro?
Also, I don't have a nice camera, just iPod or iPhone... Pics of the beam are easily washed out. But I could always try normal daytime or burning pics I guess
I purchased a WL Arctic, as you can see by my signature, and it's very great quality and has many desirable features. Mainly safety features. But recently Jetlasers has released 3.5W,4W,4.5W and 5W 445nm PL-E Pro lasers, most being internally focusable! I am very interested in buying one of...
Yeah seriously, 10W is not gonna be a comfortable price or build. At least not until the future of batteries and diodes advances... Even then, as fun as it would be to burn through trees, I don't think the government would allow them...
