Hello people :) I have just harvested my first LD from an old CD player, alltough I don't know what kind of laser diode this is.. according to the label it is a class I laser. It as 3 pin out and these where the lens that came with the LD. hmmm this CD player is about 15-20 years old.. Sorry...
