    I sent an email to customs for more information. They re tested the output and it was 38.47mW. Just a bit over the 1mW advertised and legally allowed to be imported.

    Just as an update, customs did seize it as being >1mW. It took a while to get the notification from customs, but the vendor had already refunded the money as a few others had met the same fate.

    Like Moebius said its probably more of a placeholder at $112.99. But I havent got a poblem with $12.99, which is pretty good for where I live, unless customs confiscates it.

    I have just orderd a 1mw Green Laser from China. As this is coming to Australia I have asked the vendor if it is definately =/<1mw. They answered yes, so it should be safe from customs, who will take it if it is >1mw. And if they do I should be able to get my money back. Onto the cost. I paid...
