    Solid 20~30mw rechargeable greenie

Thanks for the reply :) Hey that's not too bad, I would consider giving it a try. Where is a good place to get those+spacer in the US?

    Solid 20~30mw rechargeable greenie

Yeah I've looked at everything on that a few times. Yeah I know that too, but I am a bit worried about the battery life. How is it? I'm also looking for a laser with a nicer lens and is also still about 30mw; the current lens is horribly speckled, glued in, and not focused. Plus it's a pretty...

    Solid 20~30mw rechargeable greenie

Hi, I'd prefer there not to be a key lock. Also I'm also looking for one that will definitely be in the 20mw - 30mw range, it's for pointing so nothing more than that.

    Solid 20~30mw rechargeable greenie

Hi everyone, I have an overspec "5mw" AAA greenie from DX, at about 20mw - 30mw but there are a couple things that are really bothering me about it. First is that the lens is dirty (lots of speckles) and not properly focused. Second is that there isn't a good battery choice. Lithium primaries...

    Looking for thermophotovoltaic cells...

Yeah thermopiles look like a much more feasible option TBH...if anyone has suggestions concerning those, they are welcome too :).

    Looking for thermophotovoltaic cells...

Definitely no practical purpose for this, just a little fun I guess. Yes, I figured they wouldn't be too popular/cheap, but I saw this: Imec significantly reduces cost of germanium-based thermophotovoltaic cells So I assumed firstly that they exist, and secondly that they're not absurdly...

    Looking for thermophotovoltaic cells...

No "real" objective; I'd like to do an experiment with collecting the heat from incandescent bulbs and recycling it. Preferably, the panels would be either transparent (to visible light), or reflective (also visible light only). Thanks for the quick response :).

    Looking for thermophotovoltaic cells...

Hello everyone! I'm looking for thermophotovoltaic panels, the ones that absorb infrared radiation. I've looked around and couldn't find anyway... I posted a similar thread at CPF, but not much is coming up. It might be a tough request though...Thank you so much in advance!

Five to ten mw green with ir filter

Yes I've sort of given up hope for a cheap greenie with an IR filter. I'll try to contact Rayfoss though. EDIT: Hello Sir, Thanks for your inquiry! Yes, we could add IR filter to focuable laser torch per your requests. But for this pen style laser we can not add IR filter which limited...

Five to ten mw green with ir filter

Oh yeah I looked through your signature...and I see they are all on the rather pricey side. Anyway, my budget is $20, as mentioned above, so...
