This is my first blue laser build I used one of dtrs 9mm blue laser diodes with lens holder the host and heat sink are from zero lasers, and i polished it up the driver is one of Rick Trents 2.4 amp drivers with 4 modes, high, medium, low, strobe I would have to say its at least 3 w give or take...
