Thanks! Would a 200mW red be visible at night time?

I was wondering if someone could give me some good benchmarks... like mW for burning benchmarks, and visibility benchmarks in day/night for green and red lasers. Hope someone can help. :)

I know DX has a nice 200mW red with the focusable lens for $43 (holy ****), but I was wondering if they had a good green burning laser for under $100? If not, what would be the highest mW, with the most visible beam, I could get on there for under $100?

What are the difference between lasers with different ***nm? Are certain ones brighter or more powerful than others? Have more burning power? I hope somebody can help clear this up.
