    Guys thank you ! I have found that while using my PSU 5v line with 2,5a current , the laser diode started to burn the black plastic !!! Thank you :) Maybe the 9v battery is not enough....

    Hello, The drive is rated 16x speed.Hm my multimeter shows a 320mA current with 2,5v OUT voltage. .... But The laser diode is emmiting very high power . Im shure that its not dead.
