I'v got too many complex clustered floaters and a couple black scotoma dots from glancing at the sun(stupid me). You'l learn to ignore it easily, unless there's snow everywhere. The color white uggh.

I sugest you buy a 75mw green laser pen, or a laser made for airsoft guns.

I don't think a 1w 445nm laser will be useful on an airsoft gun, haha. You don't need to attach a blinding laser to a plastic toy, you won't even be able to look at the target, the target would be very bright without safety glasses. On a REAL gun, that's a different story. lol.

It would defently not be equal damage lol. A direct hit with a 1w laser is a bit worse then looking at his face with a dot on it. It would work best if he was farther away, he would never get close lol, you could just walk backwards while pointing it at him.

I'm sure a 1W 445nm laser would would very well as a self defense weapon. Not against someone with a gun though. If I saw sombody running at me or someone that was about to try to hit me with a blunt object or a knife, I would pull out my laser and shine in right in his eye. Very quick eye...

Thanks for the great review! I'm getting one of these kits soon too, a way better deal then the "rifle" from Lazerer I was going to get. Add some daytime shots , I'm curious how visible this thing is in the sun.
