Default Test-load / Driver question....

So I recorded my blitz-linear driver on the mail along with my selectable 3A test load from cajunlasers, and I have a question. After hooking the driver up and measuring the current across the resistor with the jumper on the 6 position (6 diodes for a 405nm diode) I'm getting a very low voltage (around 16mV). When the jumper is on the 2 position I'm getting around a hundred, but the question. Is here what am I doing wrong ? On this particular driver I am expecting something between 500 mV and 1V....
