BooBoo, I would consider contacting the correct agencies about WL and them shipping products but there are still many of us redeeming our WB's and if it began with them it would bring just way more attention to all companies and would bring down the whole thing a lot faster if it does at all and I don't want to risk that. If people want to waste their money, maybe they should, but people really should do some more research. Even now LC is going dead because of unfair practices, bad customer support, horrible products, and bannings left and right. I'm just glad I only used WB's to buy anything from them helping fuck them over and not myself.

I'm banned from the LC! How the hell did I get banned from their! I support them, I liked the LC I have never written anything bad about LC or WL and now im banned!!!! This is unfair how can they ban me? I haven't even done anything!

I still can't believe how stupid they are, banning their own customers....
I'm sure their mods must look like the people on TL's pictures. ;D
But it will not change i'm afraid, censoring stuff is daily practice in communist countries...

Ah, but you did. I bet Steve can read anyone's PM's. There is a mod to phpBB that allows administrators to read PM's. Odds are, Steve & Co. put in the mod to regulate the forum more efficiently.
The only thing I do over at LC now is bust scammers. Seems the administration doesn't mind scamming activities on their forum - for reasons that are truly obvious.

Seeing as you 'have it in for them', which *may well* be justified. My experience....
Had somewhat dodgy Fusion delivered in reasonable time but has line though dot and seems underpowered and eats batts...
Had Core delivered earlier than expected but is completely dead, new batts, foil in end cap, whatever, it's f00ked.
So as as far as QC is concerned I paid a premium price for fairly bad Chinese products (although I accept anything CAN have problems!).
Customer service...
Were at first a bit unwilling to give me a RMA but I insisted on a refund for the Fusion and a replacement for the Core. Core is no problem as long as I pay for the shipping which god knows what that'll cost. Fusion they sent me 3 RMA mails all with same RMA / Order number but 1st one said:
*upon receiving your returned item, we will reship you a replacement immediately.
second one:
Please make sure to return all the items for full refund.
*upon receiving your returned item, we will refund you immediately.
and a Third!
*upon receiving your returned item, we will reship you a replacement immediately.
So I take it they're going to refund me in full then!
We'll watch this space, I'm expecting the Core to be ok if it works, but would rather spend the rest of my money elsewhere.

Ring, not ALL of us have been screwed over by WL but we have seen their tactics and how they have harmed others and we don't want others to have to deal with it. I personally have had horrible live support form them and a wrong pair of goggles shipped to me. I requested that I had the correct goggles sent to me and shipping refunded. I got WB's. During this process of trying to "RMA" these goggles I was even accused of trying to RMA a product that didn't come from WL! The nerve.

Hi Rhith, The trouble is mostly I think, China, and the way 'front line' tech support tends to be these days (last 2.5 years or so). It's like they are human robots and I hate all that bollocks. Wicked don't seem to be too bad on the scale of things but I've had horrible experiences with AOL, BT etc. If they screw me over they will be sorry. All I want is a good product with decent support. And I have PAID for that!
