Earlier this evening I was flying my RC copter around the park. A small dog came up to me and started to jump on me, saying hello. I tried to move the animal away with swift leg movements, without hurting it, but the dual task got the better of me.
My rexy hit a tree and completly buggered the bladed, tail boom, mainshaft, main gear, 2 servos and stuffed the gyro.
That bird isnt getting back in the air anytime quick. The owner of the dog thought it was quite funny until I told him I have a second helicopter, and I will fly it upside down (which I am quite skilled at) and give the local chinese takeout a free doggy dim sim sample.
Being chinese, he wasnt terribly impressed with that statement. I told him the helicopter was worth well in excess of $1k, and I bet his doggy didnt have public liability insurance!
Nor did my copter, but he wasnt to know this.
I was pretty pissed off when I walked past the rose hotel and the bargirl said "had a prang did we?".
