Tonight while I was shining my small but powerful 10mw green which i'd just finished building at the sky. Suddenly a small plane suddenly came out of nowhere near the laser beam. Although I turned it off and it never actually hit the aircraft is it possible that the pilots could see the laser and possibly report me? I know it is unlikely but becuase of Australia's strict laser laws I don't want to take any chances.
Also do you have any tips to help avoid something like this happening and some dos/don'ts for my laser.
