Noob question

Okay, I am 100% new to lasers. I just ordered a Nova x125 after much research and shopping around. To be honest, the fact that they are tested individuality and come in an amazing case was the selling point for me. What are some good options for saftey glasses, and more so, when do I need to use them? I know pointing in the sky should be ok without glasses, but I am very cautious about eye protection. I can also assume it is a given when burning that glasses are a must, but can you cause any damage buy looking at the dot when pointed on walls, floors, etc? Im not talking anything extremely reflective here, just your typical household furnishings. I know this is a basic question, but I really dont want to leave anything to chance when it comes to my vision, and I have never owned anything over 5mw. Thanks for the help.
