How you remove a LD from it's sled?

I just put mine in my mouth and bite down really hard with my teeth. Mind you though, i only done about 5 Phr803t sleds only. havent done any since.... no teeth left  


j/k i use the 2 plier method with mine and twisting them in diff directions as well. For the OpenCan it just doesnt work with the driver im using. It will only leave alittle mark, but wont even break. So i just use a sharp knife and scrape the glue at the bottom of the diode and heatsink off and then slowly pushing it out with a very fine tip pliers.

Teeth way doesnt work for that either  ;D
