I recently picked up a CALPAC CP-TI-333-9S
The site says it's a 650nm, but I believe my unit was a ~640nm. The unit is well designed, it has a normal diode, not one of those flat diodes like the flee market lasers. It can be easily collimated, just unscrew the cap, and use a needle nose. It also features a driver board, which has a pot on it. I didn't get the keychain clip, but the end cap that it connects to is very sturdy, and if it was to fit on my NEXUS, I would trust it enough to use it on a lanyard.
I really think Sen_Kat, or someone else who knows what there doing should pick one of these up. From what I can tell, the mount and diode can be separated easily, and replaced with a DVD burner diode
Here's the CALPAC Keychain Laser site:

CALPAC also sells many other things, much of which is over priced, such as its 5mW $199 module ;D
