niiiiiiiiiice

BTW, i just got my package from DX the other day, and those "1350mah" or whatever, rechargeable batteries are actually working very well, and super cheap too. So if your looking for some cheapo AAA rechargeables, go with em cause theyre giving me a nice beam off full charge. When i get around to it ima take 4 beam shot comparisons

1. fresh charge DX rechargeables

2. fresh charge duracell 1000mah rechargeables

3. fresh energizer lithiums

4. fresh energizer or duracell alkalines

Not a bad deal, but I don't like his deal on combined shipping. He would probably do a better deal on 12 if you contacted him first. Other than that it looks ok.. ;)

Only thing that concerns me is how reliable these batteries are. I've seen the results of long-term use of generic batteries. They tend to leak and explode for no reason, especially if there is more than 1 in series and they sit for a while.

And I agree with you 100%...I would never use a non branded battery...especially lithiums. But the Energizers are a decent deal, although once in a while better deals do come along for branded batteries.

You might have seen the Chinese version of the Panasonic CR123. I posted about them in another thread here but learned about them on CPF. They didn't even spell electric correctly on the label..and it is sad so many people fall for these so called good deals because they don't know to research on forums like CPF...which is the best forum to research for batteries, chargers, and anything related to LED flashlights IMO.

$1.00 a battery can't go wrong there. ;D[/quote]

::) Unless it vents or explodes...PAY A LITTLE MORE for a brand name battery and be safer!

well, those batteries really arent bad, they were brand name (kinda) they were golston, which apparently doesnt score too high on charts, but they are brand name and they did work rather well
