That's probably the best you could have chosen from a company, it's got options that no builder I know of includes

Im torn between blue and green for my next laser too, But im thinking on getting a high powered green laser 150-200 mW.

Anyway definately go for the Green laser, much nicer beam IMO

Yeah I agree that green is much brighter and has nicer beam, but the burning abilities blue offers are quite fascinating.

I'm getting a WL Krypton from Hwang because I fancy brightness more than burning.

WL has a bad rep but its possible they are getting better, the laserbtb is definitely good tho

EDIT, oh from a member, then you should have better luck

I'm pretty sure Sci Fi Lasers is currently out of stock... but they would be the best. I would think Dragon second and laserbtb third

Just adding my support for buying blue lasers from LPF.

There are many high quality builders here that have been building lasers for a long time. You can also view their rep power and get feedback from other members on their work and customer service, which helps mitigate concerns you might have about not knowing them outside of the forum.

I'm having one built now, and my builder has been extremely pleasant to work with and very responsive to my questions :)

Maffinz---good choice the PL-E Pro if you are going with a company manufactured laser. You can't go wrong with a JetLasers product---- excellent quality at a reasonable price and the best customer serivice I have even encountered.

Are you aware that JetLasers offers a PL-E Pro 445 2000mw/2W for only a few dollars more?
If you tell Gray at Jetlasers sales you are a member here --he may be willing to give you a 2W for the same or almost the same price as the 1.2W costs on the web site.

Either one require serious safety precautions to use---study up on that---knowing the capacity of a high power blue to cause eye damage is most important aspect of using one.
