Remember; use Red Colored glasses for Green/Blue/Violet Lasers and Blue Colored glasses for Red/Yellow/Orange Lasers.

When you say the green laser was very bright and then went out... did you remember to charge the batteries for HOURS before putting them in? Batteries don't come pre-charged.

If charging the batteries for many hours doesn't fix it then contact Max at Lazerer, but keep in mind he's probably on holiday now.

Yep, contact Max at Lazerer for a replacement. Unfortunately, green 532nm lasers are the most sensitive to damage, temperature, humidity, etc out of the readily available wavelengths. DPSS has it's draw backs.

Again, expect no reply for a short while as it is the holidays.
