A couple of folks just got in some DL's and are very happy with them ! It all depends on your price range ! Take a peek at some of the posts, and read a bit - there are some excellent reviews of different products on here, from lots of smart folks. Ask plenty of questions BEFORE you buy, so you do not get into anything you will regret later. I bought a HUGE 808nm diode array, and it ended up sitting around collecting dust - so I just put it up on Ebay :'( It was an impulse buy - I thought I was gonna slap some crystals in front of it, and get some awesome multiple WATT green outta it - but it is a little bit harder than just that - so I scraped my "project" in favor of others... Welcome to the Forums !!

ah i bought the 95mw and its still not enough lol
im looking to buy the 125mw soon.
gonna send in a few more videos to get more DL bucks then ill pay the difference
the 95mw was great for me
but just makes me wonder how good the 125mw is
I have a 125mw WL but i hate it. gonna sell it back out on ebay sometime
good divergence on that but crappy crappy crappy burning abilities
im looking to buy the 125mw soon.

I have a 125mw Dragon laser and it's brilliant for such a small pen size object in your pocket popping balloons lighting matches, cutting electrical tape it's a little bit of fun. Not to mention when used outside as a starpointer it's like a lightsaber reaching to the stars...

100mw Pulsar: It's visible only on really dark nights, smoky rooms and foggy nights, it can light matches with the aid of a lens and melt plastic the same way too. But long distance popping of balloons is it's favourite by far i can pop balloons at 40 feet plus with ease.

No i've never made a laser and don't have the need to waterproof them, as i don't swim and use lasers.....
