Need help from laser professionals

I have a "blow-gun" that uses 6 inch long darts that are nearly as sharp as hypodermic needles. With just lung power I am able to sink a dart into a tree up to 2.5 inches!
These can be found on ebay.

You know, I had the same thought... problem is it's a lot easier to cut a tree than to cut the chains off... if they pass the chain through the wheels, that's a different story though.

Btw, NYC is kind of strict with weapons... if it looks like a weapon... it's not allowed, so please don't go around with blow darts and pellet guns

If you must damage the bikes just slash the tires with a box cutter.

Also install a buzzer for whenever the door is unlocked... that way they will have to lock it, or have people complain.

Last resort, pay some bums to be at the guy's store 24/7... I'm sure he'll love them just as little as you do
