I don't want to be the grammar nazi here, but some people are just falling into bad practice because they see others doing it. So...
Where did the apostrophe s come from? Do you abbreviate inches as in's? Do you abbreviate pounds as "lb's"? Leave it off. The plural is the same as the singular.
Also, Asking "how many mA?" or "how many mW?" is like asking "how many feet and inches are you?" It sounds a bit strange.
It should be said "what current?" or "what power?" just as "how tall are you?"
