I have Windows Live OneCare
It looks the best and integrates well into vista.
Looks like part of vista, which it should be, but it's cool.
It works really well too, automatically picks up any infection straight away and asks me if it want's it to 'demolish' it, which it does.

I've used all the above and find this to be the dogs nuts
One care is not all tha good and has trouble finding the latest trojans etc....

Have a look at the free AV from Avira, it is rock solid and prompts you to download the latest sigs every 3 days to stay up to date.
I have been using it for years and touch wood I have never had a single infection.

I also use AVG for my Vista gaming rig. It really is nice, not to mention it updates every day.

alright newbs.. step back lol (jk).. senkat.. all those antivirus softwares mentoined are not good... (aka my (you know what) is 100% undetectable to them) the only softweare to date to detect and successfully remove it has been webroot spysweeper.. i can probably get you a free copy off a victim.. ill ttyl cya.

in some ways, easier to use than windows...[/quote]That is very true, I have one that runs off a live CD and comes with all the drivers and application I need to get me going. I use it to debug/fix/use a dead computer.
