The blu-ray diode has been harvested and used, but there may be interest in the rest of the sled...
All optics and the other two diodes are included as shown.
The LCC red diodes are very nice at 395mA's. This current will give about 225mW's through a AixiZ acrylic lens. Some are pushing them higher, but I like 395mA's (heatsinked)
