Pocket mini hot option from jayrob set at 125ma's. Should be outputting about 100-120mw's. Phr diode. This thing burns great and has a nice purple beam visible in the night sky.

Less than an hour. I put it together about a month ago. Works perfectly and is in perfect condition. :)
