I've also had terrible customer service with Sanwu unfortunately. Their products are top notch but terrible customer service.
I've purchased a LPM 13 weeks ago, their website states 8 weeks of shipping time. I received a reply 1 week later that it was a pre-order, and that they would ship it out in 3 months. It's been 3 months and 2 weeks now, I've emailed them last week, still no reply.
I would go through Stripe and file a dispute (This is their payment system) and chargeback. You'll get their attention then.
Next time send your lasers to me, I'll be glad to help you out.
