power source? are you refering to the batteries? or the driver? or both?

haha thats funny mfo, but I thought a power source wouldn't just be batteries, but how do I know what type I use?

Well your using a phr diode which requires 5v, and the driver requires 2.25v i think.

If you use a rkcstr driver you'll need >7.25 volts.

i believe the rkcstr driver can take up to 15v now, so between 7.25 and 15 volts will work.

ie: 2 lithium batteries, CR2, CR123, 18650, 14500 (think i got the numbers right?)
you will need the rechargeable batteries that charge to 4.25v when fully charged.
the non-rechargeable 3v batteries won't cut it.

I think what your referring to is called a driver. You may want to do a little more reading in the forums before you attempt a build. You may end up spending money to find it go poof in your face.

alright I'll see if I can find where to buy those batteries, & CD I already have a driver, dont asume what you dont know
